HERO Sports Preseason FCS Top 25





No chip. We are not worried about ranking right out of the chute. We are only concerned with winning game by game. Let other teams sweat in anticipation of playing us. It only take a game or two for the rankings to change.
 
We all are going to have to earn it and so will the other FSC schoopls. I am surprised that JSU didn’t get any respect with their recruiting. That is not a jab…✌️

We are exactly where we should be and that's not listed. There were teams that didn't lose any games in the Spring, lost 1 game, or went 9-2 (declared themselves hbcu champs) that aren't ranked. Those are the ones that didn't get any respect lol

Man after we beat the hayle outta Texas A&M they will put some respeck on our name.

We know with any of these outside polls (even we know HERO Sports is a reputable one), it's all about reputation and consistency and there's no argument that Alcorn and A&T have been the most consistent over the past 5-6 years.

I still thought that AAMU would have been at least #24 or #25 considering what they are brining back and how they probably are gonna be favored in their first 4 games before an anticipated rematch versus JSU in October.

I am really impressed with your defense, especially that defensive front. You guys have made some nice moves this off season. That game against Pine Bluff should have been a win. However, the lesson is you have to play for 60 minutes. I am sure your coach will use that game as a learning lesson for fall 2021.
 



Man… I always look forward to hearing those once in a blue moon smackers. They always have ages to beta test their best one liners. My alarm is already set to Spring 2031 for that next victory lap. You think ten years might be too soon?
