c'mon Kenn,
You may be painting with a broad brush. Sure you may have a few that feel that way, but then again, a couple of days after the SCG last year, you probably had some Gram fans who wanted A&T to win the Celebration Bowl. :confused:

Save me that BS, Kenn! I'm one of the ones that is openly rooting for NCCU to win. Here's why.

For the past three years, all of yall have been having a lot of mess to say about Alcorn. Last year, when we beat Grambling and went to the first Celebration Bowl, folks in the SWAC were openly rooting for North Carolina A&T to beat Alcorn. When Alcorn lost, it was all jokes and giggles. Then, this season, folks in the SWAC were begging Grambling to beat Alcorn so Alcorn wouldn't represent the SWAC in the Celebration Bowl this year.The SWAC has wished Hopson would leave, they wanted us to lose to BCU, they wanted Alcorn to lose last a SWAC Championship due to the eligibility sanctions, etc. Wished nothing but bad on Alcorn because we were doing well.

Now after all that has gone down with the SWAC folks being against Alcorn, you really expect me to or other people that saw the same thing I did to put that away and cheer/support Grambling this year. GTFOH! Save me that, "Let's rally around Grambling because they are SWAC" crap. Yall weren't saying that the past two years with Alcorn. Now you want us to support Grambling. "F" Grambling!!!

Antroy, no BS here. If that is how you feel. So be it.

I'm not losing sleep over you and other folks hoping for a Grambling loss. I just created this thread for the sake of discussion. But don't get it twisted, I don't really care.

The best team is going. I was cheering for Alcorn. Alcorn is the SWAC.
 
The hate is easy to see from some Alcorn folks. First it was said we sold out for Hopson. Ridiculed and talked about. Then when we got to winning with him it went to hoping for Hopson to leave. After winning SWAC, it went to praying for him to leave and he got that call. After that it was followed by happiness and ridicule of how he left us and we wasn't going back to the SCG. It's gonna be hard for people to forget the hatred that was spewed.

But I on the other hand will fight with each of you inside the house because that's what family do. But once we get outside the neighborhood we are family and we fight together! So Go Gram and whoop their ass!

Double-ditto. I wanted Alcorn St to kick the purple/gold shat out of NCAT last fall. Not sure where Antroy and others are coming from w/ this. Some of us diehards are very pro-SWAC OOC but when we do INTRA-SWAC, the gloves come off and we'd damned near want to demolish you to the point of no return. :D

So, in that regard, Grambling St is the SWAC's BEST team by far fall 2016 and we need to support our conference OOC. Period.
