#11 Florida 21

Missouri 3

Will set up a showdown in Baton Rouge next week with LSU. Florida is in control of it's own destiny now in the SEC East.

Hmm.......remember when I said Florida was going to challenge to win the SEC East this season and could win 9-10 games and was laughed at?????? Where the haters at now???? lol

Don't worry, Ohio State will turn up against Penn State, Michigan State, and Michigan. It's the same way how Florida was under Urban Meyer. Play a lot of closer than expected games against unranked teams, then explode against the big rivals.

Interesting (but not surprising lol) that you made a Florida comparison, because this OSU team is really starting to get a 2009 Florida/2014 Florida State feel about them. Both were defending national champs that were widely picked to repeat and yet things never got quite rolling as expected. In both cases, the teams got trucked by the first elite teams they played. It's still relatively early in the season, but they Buckeyes still don't look quite right for a team returning that level of talent and experience.

Who y'all played?

North Carolina Central

We missed a 4th quarter FG that would've given us some cushion. We also got called for defensive holding on key 3rd down play that put NCCU in FG range late in the game.

There was a also a TD pass that we dropped on the first drive of the game after which we had to settle for a FG.

We actually gave this game away.

Well to be fair, Florida did lose to National Champion Alabama that season, but recovered and embarrassed Cincy in the Sugar Bowl. They were clearly the 2nd best team in the country that season. I think this Ohio State team is kind of sleepwalking through the season. If they can escape the Penn State game with a win, they will finally have a bye week to rest themselves and get things in order. I think after that Bye week, they will come out on fire.

LSU has always kept a stable of RB's. Once Brossette gets some more touches, watch out.
We'll see how they do when they play against an elite defense Saturday. Florida will completely shut down the passing game, so LSU's rushers better be ready to run against a stacked box.

Michigan football isn't back until they win the B1G or are one of the teams in the CFP.
Exactly, because Michigan State, Penn State, and Ohio State could still end up beating them and put them in the GoDaddy Bowl or something. lol

I bet Nebraska fans thought for sure they would succeed without Pelini. I guess 9-4 isn't looking so bad now. lol

North Texas fired they coach right after losing 66-7 to Portland St.

UNT-Denton is an anomaly that is more weird than anything smh. They try(tried). They really do try(tried). smh Their untapped potential is almost mind-boggling, if they ever decide to bring in the right people, again, to recruit and retain those super athletes of north texas. They could be monsters in D-I FBSdom if they could secure talent along the IH35/IH20/IH45 corridor.

I'm STILL pissedola that OU dropped the ball vs ut-austin smh. I wanted ut-austin to lose, BAD! :D

If LSU's WR's catch the ball Florida doesn't stand a chance. Florida's DB's are overrated too.
