Spring Practice and Scrimmages

Our date is set. Can't go by what people "heard".

But this is spring ball and the spring game could be subject to change or even cancellation. You never know what may happen (injuries, inclement weather, etc).

I might drive up for the Blue-White Game this year. Even though I drove up for the Blue-White game we played on Homecoming.....

Head football coach, Jay Hopson and the Alcorn State football team prepare for the 2014 season as they begin spring practice on Tuesday, March 18th.

The Braves will practice every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for the next four and half weeks. Spring practice will come to an end on April 12th when the Braves play their annual Purple and Gold Spring Game at Spinks-Casem Stadium. The game is set to begin at 2 p.m.

From the videos and reports the football teams self esteem is high on the rise and they are getting taught.

do y'all get 5k during the season?

Yep. With Gramblings worse two years of football we are still in the top 10 for average attendance in HBCU Football, in little ole Grambling, sounds far fetched huh. Do i think we could do better? YES WE CAN. Things will get better once the winning starts. It's inevitable. I could only imagine what the attendance would be if Grambling if Grambling was in the city the size of Shreveport, Dallas, or even Monroe.

Dude ya'll only have like two home games.....one of which is HC so you are guaranteed to average 10K even is zero people come to the other game...smh

It shouldn't matter, right? I thought yall were "Grambling"?

Grambling has always and i mean always take the games on the road, travel better on the road since our alumni are spread out and don't reside in Grambling vs schools in the city which many of their alumni reside, i know i don't have to explain nothing like this to smart folks. I know one thing we helped Washington, Portland State, Nevada, Houston, etc record record crowds. That's a fact. Yall can try to throw shade until you're blue in the face but even with two losing season we have more clout than JSU, sickening isn't it?:emlaugh: Back to topic, our football will be much improved.:read:

You know times are hard when you hang your hat on stupid stuff like this. Just get it together, Grambling.
