We call him Big Worm ourselves and he knows it and embraces it. But hell yes we can laugh. Worm is a 97 NCCU grad. He is young and has energy. He relates to these young folks and how they are. It will be interesting to see how this works with a 68 year old coach who has been out the college business for a few years.
Yall can laugh at how Worm looks. But that mofo is going to kick yall's arse again. It is just the principality of it all.

Perkins is a good kid. Great interview and he handled it well. Yall can get rid of Stringfellow and hire Perkins when he graduates. He seems comfortable in front of the camera.

It's not like they hired Jackson to replace a coach that had gone 2-9 or 3-8. Them boys won their division and played for the SWAC title. Message board chatter about Comegy underachieving is one thing. I'm sure the reality among the actual players is probably quite different.
