Also, Matt Ryan didn't throw an interception deep in his own territory late in the game that basically gave the game away.

The lack of a running game and the rush defense caught up with the Falcons during last post-season. (Yes, I know they had a couple of rushing touchdowns but am not comfortable with it.) It is continuing into this season. One big lead turned into a last second win against Seattle. Another lead turned into a loss against San Francisco. If it was not for the rule changes in the passing game, the Falcons would not have won as much as they did last year-even with the weapons they have. Also, Ryan has 22 fourth quarter comebacks since coming into the league.
In my opinion Ryan is not the biggest problem for Atlanta.

Dude there is only 16 teams in the NFC. So being number 10 of 16 means what?
Secondly, Matt Ryan does get his share of criticism. However his team has made the playoffs more than Romo has and Matty Ice did put his team in the endzone last night. He ain't the Falcons problem. Their drafting or non drafting of good OL and Defense is their issue. Some spotty coaching too. Matt Ryan has not been known as a interception machine. I put Matty Ice in the Joe Flacco category before Joe won a SB. Matt also has not been in the NFL as long as Romo. Don't worry if the Falcons don't make the playoffs or exit early, he will get some blame I am sure.

That’s it right there. You say “spotty coaching†you can throw the front office in there too. ALT’s O-line and D-line are horrible. Both lines are getting beat bad in the trenches. This is the results of throwing most of your money on skill positions. The Falcons barely had enough money under the cap to sign their 2013 draft picks

Why do Cowboys fans continue to compare Romo's woes to other QB's...This is not about Matt Ryan. He did not lose that game yesterday...Unlike Romo who always shows his true colors in big games. Until Cowboy fans realize that Romo will only take you so far the sooner you will realize that you are 132 and 133 in your last 265 games.. You are at best a sub 500 team...But you do have a big ole Screen to watch those loses on at home......Somebody put a Jerry Jones gif right here...

I think the Cowboy fans forgot who Tony Romo is. He was never supposed to be a starting quarterback in the NFL, just a backup. He just turned out to be a better option than the likes of an aging Drew Bledsoe and a 41 year old Viny Testaverde. He was even the third string behind Drew Henson in 2004. Really, Romo got the job by default.

If I was choosing sides in a sandlot game, I'd definitely take Romo over Ryan. Romo has talent, but he just fuks up trying to do too much! As for the int vs the Broncos, a pass play should not have been called anyway from that position on the field and the score at the time. Dallas tends to forget that Murray is a quality back and can be an effective way to set up play action to Bryant and safe passes to Whitten.
Ryan is chicken hearted... he plays well when the falcons are clicking on all cylinders otherwise. The only difference is that he doesn't make bad decisions, but he ain't as good as Romo (and I hate Dallas)

One reason why I dislike the Cowboys right here, yep. They always show this shot of Jerry and the gang celebrating after a barely escaped regular season win and the announcers usually kiss the Cowboys ass. FOOLS GOLD, like I've been saying. As long as Romo is the QB the Cowboys will always be an average team.
