UH is not impressive at all. SU came our with nerves, then settled down. If it was not a fumble on offense and a BS muff call. This game would be a TD difference. SU is not getting any calls.

U of H has some athletes. Their line is much better than what y'all played last night. They can play the run but don't have a good pass rush. We will be fine in the conference. Ain't worried one bit.
 



penalties and turnovers killed us in the first half. lets see what kind of adjustments the coaching staff makes. southern is still in this game

Yeah he got a breathing problem...that sombitch aint in shape. They have been talking all that noise about him being in the best shape of his life yet he looked like he had ashtma yesterday. He was gassed. They tried to play it off like folks were double and triple teaming him, but I aint buying it. Looks like he has been reading too many of his press clippings in the off season or watching that Michigan hit too much

Never said they were great .... a team with a equal offensive line would crush them, seriously. They do have a better o-line than us though.

And they are wayyyyy better than Tulane. And no one on the rest of our schedule is close to their package, period.

Nobody is saying U of H is great. They are going to get beat down by better FBS schools. But they do have better and bigger athletes than SU and any of our schools in the SWAC.

What gives you confidence in your running game when you don't have one? Sounds like the glass half-full theory.
My eyes don't fool me. su doesn't have a running game but they have a good ball-control passing game.
No run defense and a plethora of penalties. su did all of this last year.

By the way, Odums is not very articulate.

Im not understanding what uofh vs tuane has to do with anything. Both teams suck!!! Either one of those teams would beat us ALL by double digits. But i take your word...su will be fine.
 



3-4 defense w/no attacking athletic linebackers.....yeah that's a recipe for a looong year. Well at least the kick returner will make the all-swac team.
