Look dude, the amusement tax goes to the operating budget of Memorial. They use that money to "operate". Ole Miss and State don't use Memorial, but 7% of their money was going to Memorial. So, they were putting in on the day to day operations of Memorial without ever using the joint. Said another way, they paying for JSU to use the stadium. And so is Alcorn, Valley, Delta State, etc... Ole Miss and State decided to request that they keep that money so they can improve their own facilities. Since JSU has no on-campus stadium to improve upon, there was no need to ask. We missed out only because we don't have an on-campus stadium. Once we get one, we can ask to keep that money, too. The money is coming to us. Memorial is our home and that's a big source of the operating budget.

You had your little fun. Now let it go. You don't understand the level of pimping JSU been doing.

Well, old Scrawdog couldn't never recover after calling us TSU and he faded away too. Maybe that's your cue, cause I don't see this thing getting any better anytime soon. Your little "sound bite" quotes ain't changing the fact that JSU is not in a position to ask for that money until we have a stadium on campus. We need that money to go to Memorial until we have our own. I'll leave you to your deluded fun. I can make better use of my time.
 
I think someone needs to write President Obama and let him know that we're wasting too much tax payers dollars on investigating those criminals on Bama St campus. They just need to close that place down and turn it into a city zoo.
 
I'm writing my congressman and letting him know that I don't appreciate my tax dollars being wasted in Bama on that college in the Gump. They just need to close that place down.
