Only @ SU

Metro BR has about 800K people. We are talking about 20 RV(s). :emlaugh:

More came lol. Probably 30 plus

But the purpose of the thread is to say how excited folks in BR are about this team, and SU Athletics in general. Everyone is talking about the basketball team also.

You know what I hate? The people who you see on SU's campus, wearing LSU stuff. Black folks not supporting their own color. The girl from Max 94.1 who swear she white. She got mad because I tweeted and told her that folks like her don't support their own color. I have FB friends in MS who go to Ole Miss but talk about the SWAC MS schools and it piss me off. Don't forget where your monkey azz come from.

That's like kids who rock Miami, UF, and FSU gear at FAMU...but nothing pissed me off more than seeing a kid in one of my classes with a Tennessee State hoodie(granted his people were TSU alums, but still). :emlaugh:

You get my point

Hey!!!! I rock UF gear all the time because I am a fan of their sports teams, but I am still a hardcore SU fan and alum. That doesn't mean you don't support your school.

Dude, I've been down there for 2 months. I was happy as a hooker at a pastor convention when they told me that I was leaving to goto Covington.

The lies people tell....Nothing to do in BR but yet Jackson officials study BR trying to see how they can have that same boom BR has....happy to go to Covington?? Come on man...chill with the lies...when yall catch up with Lafayette then u can say something to BR

Yeah, but at least you admit you're a hardcore SU fan...these kids will put UF or Miami ahead of FAMU

BTW...GO NOLES :D

When I attended SU you only wore SU gear.
I saw a guy refused to take off another schools sweat shirt and the fellows took it off for him.
It was all SU.

It don't matter LS, if this was a JSU thread you wouldn't want someone coming in to hijack the thread (now you may expect it but things have to change).

So no one can voice a disagreement anymore? Hijacking a thread is when one disagrees with the thread's theme? Is this the new tspnsports forum? Man what is this board coming to. Folks don't agree and their post is suddenly deleted? That's ludricous.
And this doesn't have a thing to do with why people post or don't post.
If certain schools are winning, they'll post. If their team's not winning, they won't post. Certain folks don't post anymore and why? Because their team ain't winning. It's as simple as that.

Honestly, I don't have a problem with trolls. If I want to entertain it, I will. If I don't I'll ignore it. Depends on the time of the day. But what I will not do is go running to a moderator. But I get what you're saying. Gotta draw the line somewhere.

You didn't have to post in or view this thread.

Sweep around your own door with that mess. I don't have to go too far back in the archives to find inappropriate posts from you in the SportsBoard. But you're right. About 90% of the threads that don't involve JSU, I don't even bother to view them, but you lead this thread with a nice title, so here I am.

If yall can't deal with it, you have a private forum. Otherwise, no one seems to care about your little RV party, so people commented on it. That's the risk you take when you post it out here. Deal with it.

Really ain't nothing else to.do there. Really.

Some of yall are real funny. But, yup we cook for the players every year after the scrimmage game and Fan day, and it is a lot of the same people. I came in my RV also!!! :) Great time, great food, LOVE IT!!!!! Some of us are still out here now. (Unlike you implied) I pull my car behind my RV so I still went by the Monique Concert and the club. Fan day was in the minidome, and all the fall sports were there with lots of fans meeting the player. It was a great day.

I am sure the Jackson State faithful spent the day getting ready for the VFW last nite, so that is why they didn't have time to come support their team. With Jackson, Miss being the entertainment mecca it is, well ..................................... LOL, nevermind.

Would you have 20 plus RV's and folks tailgating for a scrimmage two weeks before the season starts. Excitement in the air in BR :)

Rode by there after I talked to you homie. Saw (Former Miss Southern) out there with my cousin and her husb. :ebrow:

After I left the Green and Gold Clubs meeting, I stopped back by there and chopped it up with a few folks.

Pot kettle?

More to come...

You got some nerve talking about the school that routinely leads the SWAC in overall attendance almost every year.

It's like you guys are trying to find anything to try and help keep su somewhat relevant no matter how irrelevant it is and then have the nerve to title it "only at su?"
Who cares about RV's at a scrimmage game? Who cares about basketball in August...in Canada? LOL!!

Really? Because the NCAA invited us to Canada. If JSU was balling in Canada in August, you and your fans would talk about it. Are you even part of a JSU booster group? I think not.
