OK...I've been busy. I finally got to see the latest episode of Game of Thrones last night. Was anxious to talk about it, but I see no one is. What up?
I had not idea when they were going to get to it, but I had always thought that Robert Baratheon's bastard son would come into play. It looks like that story line is underway.
And I was LMAO at the Imp having to tell Sanya (in front of his squeeze) that he and her where ordered to be married. :lol:

Sad wasn't it! :lol: I can see his squeeze messing with his Dad now just to get him back, especially given she has already had her worries about him really liking Sansa! :sham: These characters are really starting to develop quite nicely.
As for the eldest StarK son, his days are numbered. He's made some very questionable decisions that are definitely going to come back and haunt him.

I've been busy too; last weekend was my daughter's prom and it was my weekend to work. I worked 2 twelve hour shifts and got about 4 hours of sleep last weekend. When I got off work, I slept right through Game of Thrones last Sunday. I just got done watching last week's episode.
I absolutely love Lady Olenna (Margery & Loras Tyrell grandmother). And I hate to say it, I like Tywin Lannister, too. He is the only one that can control Cersei & Joffrey.
I promised JROCK I'd keep my mouth shut from now on about Game of Thrones......so let me just remind everyone that everything you know is about to change.......and nothing will ever be the same!

So do I! HBO is doing a really good job at keeping the series in alignment with the books! I'm almost halfway into Book 4 (A Feast for Crows). And yes, it does seems like Season 3 just started but if you're reading the books, you don't miss a beat!
I think I might go and buy Season 1 and 2....

We have to wait 2 WHOLE WEEKS to see the next-to-the-last episode! Game of Thrones will not be on this upcoming Sunday but will be back on June 2nd!
The Brother of the Night's Watch that dropped that blade was Samwell Tarly.
Joffrey is starting to get on my nerves, too; in the books, he told Sansa as king, he could still have her whenever he wanted.
The intensity between Tyrion and Tywin is getting to the boiling point.
And Daenerys had another good day.
And my money is on Tyrion.

I do like Tywin Lannister. I like how he handles his power; he doesn't have to remind anyone of who he is and commands respect and invokes fear in everyone (including Cersei and Joffrey). Did you see how he just walked up to Joffrey while he (Joffrey) was on the Iron Throne?
But Tyrion Lannister.......I absolutely love him. He is somewhat intimidated by his father, but not like Cersei; and he can match (or out-match) Tywin Lannister's thinking & smartness. But he is a Lannister nonetheless, and can be just as deadly as Cersei.
Speaking of Cersei, I love the story she told Margaery Tyrell of how her father treated those who denied loyalty to him. She then finished with:
"If you ever call me 'sister' again, I'll have you strangled in your sleep"
