How long should you date somebody...

CT,
It sounds good but those folks getting married at 19 and 20 years old, have plenty of issues that I want no part of. If you think the brothers cheat...

Where I grew up at, there are a lot people who get married at 20 or 21 and are miserable by 45 cause their kids are grown and they feel like they wasted their lives away.

In one of those 3+'ers now... If she chooses to stay, that's on her... But trust me when I say she knows I am not marrying her... Now she does live out of state, and as I stated she knows the deal... No marriage, no kids... Does she want more of a relationship, sure, but she is content on what she is getting, over what she doesn't want to lose...

Nice. And very true.

Urrraaaaa, somebody needs to preach some of this sense into this young stupid that carries part of my last name. :| "Date" for 4 mos and then considering marriage is just a ridiculously stupid train of thought these days, IMO. :|

i dont believe in wasting time. If im seriously dating a woman for years, ima want to get married bc i want to get married and have a family. Its alot of men and women that plain out dont wanna get married. But folks need to learn to be honest up front and not lie or string people along.

Dating for years doesn't mean you want get married. I know folks who dated for 10 years that got married when they were ready. Not because Aunt Lou and momma them said so. Look everyone is different. Some folks want to get their careers off, some want to have kids early, some want to get their money together. Some want to get their spiritual side closer. My view is not yours. Do you and let others do them. There is no book written that can tell you how to do you.

Yes sir!

But, you'll need counseling for thinking on your own and not being influenced by what the "world" has to say; afterall, we're here on this planet to please others and actually care what others feel ============> :retard:. Not. :D

Got more than a few in my family and extended family who have. Got a college classmate who I dated back then who just had her first at 43.

Aye JR, don't pay CT no mind. She just a good ole country gal. You know they got that warm blood in them...........

LOL @ Soror. Hell back in the old days, our black grandmothers and great grandmothers had children until they couldn't. LOL. That's how folks had 10-20 kids. I think Michael Irvin said he was one of 17 siblings. My grandmother was dang near 40 when she had my Mom.

Cee, the word is WON'T when you're using it as "will not." It's NOT WANT, ok? You are killing me...stop posting that. When you know better, you should DO better...I have told you this many times before.

Have mercy...Vinita, send help quick!!!!!!
:uhoh: :smh:

At least I spell better now. It's gone take a lil while now. I think that is why Ken gave us spell check. He did it on sly. :lmao:

Bless your heart...it's not a spelling issue per se, it's a grammar usage issue. You are hilarious to me.
