Jerry was great, but his stats are inflated. He feasted off the sorriest teams from the NFC West for over a decade (Saints, Falcons, Rams). He got to play those sorry ass teams twice a year in a passing offense. On the other hand, Irvin faced future hall of famers (Aneas Williams, Darrel Green, Eric Allen...etc)and superbowl defenses twice a year in the NFC East. Plus Irvin was playing in a running offense with the greatest RB in history.....plus he never had a real threat at WR on the other side.
 
Is it true that D MacNabb is interested in bringing in Terrell Owens as a team mate at Washington? Maybe he realizes that he cant win with this guy from Michigan State (Devin Thomas) just cant cut it...
