My thoughts are that it just goes to show that America is truly the greatest country the world has ever seen. There is no other country in the history of mankind that has given more to other countries than America. This is the Christian spirit at best. We have about 10k troops assisting Haiti, and this has been nothing new. We have "ALWAYS" taken the lead and have given more to countries who are less fortunate than America......it's biblical. Deuteronomy 28/Genesis 12:2-3

Yes, Jesus would help those who are less fortunate.
