Itta Bena, Miss.—Mississippi Valley State head women’s basketball coach Nate Kilbert will conduct the 7th annual MVSU Girls’ Basketball Camp July 12-14, 2008 on the MVSU campus. The three day camp will focus on fundamentals of offense, defense, and rebounding; 1-on-1 instruction; educational seminars; and other activities.   Campers will receive personal skill instruction from highly trained college coaches as well as high school coaches. They will also play against top players in the state of Mississippi.
The camp is open to girls’ grade 7-12. Registration is July 12, 2008 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Camp costs are $85 for day campers, $100 for overnight campers (Deposits for on-campus housing is due by July 8, 2008).
